Return / Warranty

Returns – 180 DISTRIBUTION’s goal is for each customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase! Please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship immediately upon receipt of your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return it in NEW, UNUSED or UNINSTALLED condition, as well as in the original box, within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund, less the original postage and handling. You must first contact 180 Distribution before returning any item. If you choose to exchange item(s), you must pay shipping and handling charges and/or a 15% re-stocking fee. All returns must be packaged carefully and shipped via insured US Mail or ground service with freight prepaid. DO NOT SEND RETURNS BACK TO US C.O.D. as they will not be accepted. Returns will NOT be accepted for installed items, custom parts, or worn/washed clothing. 180 DISTRIBUTION retains complete discretion on granting full or partial refunds, exchanges or in-store credits. It is our goal to process all returns within 1-2 business days of receipt.

CREDIT PROCEDURES/REFUNDS – We issue credits for accepted claims. If you paid with a credit card, your refund will be issued against that same card. If you paid via a PayPal account, your refund will be issued against that same PayPal account. 180 DISTRIBUTION also retains complete discretion to issue an in-store credit at any time.

PAYMENT OPTIONS – We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards and payments from authorized PayPal accounts.

Shipping/Delivery Method/Timing

SAME DAY SHIPPING – 180 DISTRIBUTION’s goal is to ship as many orders as possible that are received before 2:00 PM PST Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. All orders after that time will be shipped out the next day. Same day shipping is only applicable to in-stock items. Shipping days are considered Monday thru Friday (business days) and don’t include weekends or holidays observed by our shipping vendors. The first day of shipping is the day after your order was placed if we received your order before the Same Day Shipping cut-off time. All orders are shipped from our U.S. location below:

DOMESTIC ORDERS – 180 DISTRIBUTION’s goal is to offer competitive shipping rates for order. For that reason, we use UPS for 99% of the orders that leave the building and will explore other avenues of freight to find the cheapest rate if we find that is not the best option for the case. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, but only residential and business addresses without a P.O. Box. Please keep in mind when providing a shipping address that items shipped to businesses receive a slightly cheaper shipping rate than residential. So if you have the option to ship your item to a business, go for it! Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories will be subject to different delivery times, excise taxes and duties, and the customer is expected to incur those charges. Domestic shipping takes between 1-7 shipping days to arrive to the customer depending on the address, but extenuating circumstances may cause variances in shipping time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – 180 DISTRIBUTION ships worldwide including Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America. Freight charges for international shipments are dependent upon dimensions and weight. Duties, taxes, and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the consignee.

SHIPPING DAMAGE – If you receive product that was damaged in shipping, please contact 180 DISTRIBUTION immediately. Don’t forget to save your carton and packaging material the product(s) shipped in!

SHORTAGES AND MISSHIPS – If we have made a mistake on your order, we will work with you to best resolve any problems created. Please notify us regarding any mistakes with your order! Please let us know as soon as possible to better resolve any shortages or misships. We will pay for all shipping charges (Ground) for misships by reimbursing you for actual shipping charges. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, but only residential and business addresses without a P.O. Box. If a shipment is returned as undeliverable to 180 DISTRIBUTION because the customer provided the wrong address or a P.O. Box, then the customer is responsible for the shipping charges on the returned order and any other expenses incurred to get the order to the correct address.
